New rules to add more responsibilities for compliance (IGNITES)

For CCOs and compliance teams, it’s time to consider preparing for three new complex SEC rules set to become effective in 2022. The new rules, centered on fund of funds, derivatives and valuation procedures, may require firms to have additional compliance is in place during 2022, beginning with the fund of funds rule on January 19, 2022.
