
Even with significant regime changes to a work from home environment, regulatory exams that were already in process are continuing – now with more extensive reviews of firms’ BCP and cybersecurity policies. Amy Lynch, Founder and President of FrontLine, states that examiners are asking more questions about BCP and cybersecurity protocols that firms have initiated because of COVID-19. Ms. Lynch adds that firms should be holding compliance sessions with employees via online platforms, which should review policies on accessing workstations remotely, email use and other remote compliance issues.
